MIP-0068 tasks

Ordered delivery of MIP-0068 as stacked PRs (.claude/skills/mip-tasks/SKILL.md, scripts/stack.sh). Branch mip-0068/<k>-<slug>, each based on the previous; merge bottom-up, scripts/stack.sh restack after each squash-merge.

Decisions

1. Tasks 2–7 need only task 1. Stacked 1 → … → 7 for review order, but depends on is the real graph: any of them can merge right after task 1. The one shared file is MIP-0042, which task 6 edits in §5.3 and task 7 in §3; a restack there is a trivial rebase.
2. Task 1 carries the dark-only switch. The five existing diagrams must be re-rendered and legible before anything is added on top of them.
3. Task 7 is last and optional. It is the only task that adds a container, and the MIP makes it conditional on the sketches earning their place.
