Every document was written by an AI coding agent on 2026-09-05 against the URL on its line 2. None has had the sentence-by-sentence check against its source yet: that is a human's job, and it comes before this corpus backs a public bot (Phase 1). A sentence that cannot be verified is deleted, not softened. Whoever does the check updates the row.
